Bonus Shares announcement by Reliance Industries Limited

Reliance Industries Limited has issued an Early Gift to their Shareholders just a month before Deewali.

Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on September 05, 2024 approved the Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 for their shareholders subject to approval of members in the Annual General Meeting.

Every Shareholder holding One fully paid-up Equity Shares on the record date will receive One fully paid Equity Share of Rs. 10 each.

However, record date has not been fixed by the Board in their meeting.  Bonus share will be issued by capitalization of Company’s Securities Premium and/ or General Reserves and / or Retained Earnings.

Last Time Reliance Industries Limited had issued bonus shares in 2017 in ratio of 1:1, followed by a Right Issue in 2020.
